I ordered Christmas flowers to be delivered on Dec. 19th and they were delivered on the 12th. When I received a picture of what the person received I couldn't believe it!! I was in tears as they were nothing at all that I ordered. I sent them a picture of what they were "supposed" to be and they couldn't believe it either!! I will NEVER order from here again!
One of my sons died and I ordered flowers through the funeral home website. My delivery was guaranteed the next day before the viewing. Well the viewing came and went with no flowers. The funeral home called the florist to see what happened with my flowers. She was told they were on the way. The funeral was delayed while waiting for the flowers and could not wait any later. We waited about 10 minutes before starting the funeral. The funeral itself was almost over when my standing spray of flowers arrived. It was missing a ribbon that I ordered extra that did not arrive at all. The funeral home suggested that I dispute the charge. On my way home, I saw the flower shop and stopped in to let her know how upset I was. The woman working at the time could have cared less. She made excuses and I got even more upset, she even lied about a few things. I called the the company that passes on the orders and told her what had happened. The lady from that company said she needed to call the funeral home and the florist and get back to me. She called me back and told me that the funeral home backed me up on everything I told her and that I would get a full refund, she said they severed their ties with this company.
I ordered a plant for a funeral on 8-12-2022. The service was great and the plant with a Angel was beautiful. Thank you for such wonderful service and price
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Pitiful looking arrangements, late delivery, you can get better and prettier and much cheaper at Walmart or Kroger
I ordered a hamburger steak with onions and mushrooms and it was delicious.Best restaurant in Gainesboro Tennessee my baked potato and salad was delicious too and super nice people
My daughter wanted to send me Flowers for my Birthday called several days before my Birthday. Got them at 3:30pm .They should have been there in the morning not when the day is almost over. One plus was they were very pretty and fresh.
Received mother's day flowers Saturday night . Flowers were a little wilted. I immediately added water. By Monday flowers were totally wilted. I also took note they never drank any of the water in container. Maybe left out in the high heat of Saturday ? Did call with no reply. Just felt bad for my granddaughter who wanted to do a nice thing for me.
Always ready to help and always does a great job.
Debbie catered my grandsons wedding rehearsal dinner tonight the food was amazing and the service was wonderful go see her at seasons for all your needs food and flowers were amazing.
