This store and the associates who helped me are both excellent. The key for me, though, is the quality and professionalism of the people. I am not a professional painter. In fact, as "just" a homeowner, I received exactly the same level of respect and consideration as those folks who make their living in the painting business and purchase vastly more product from this store than I.
These guys are super customer service oriented! The paint i bought just wasn't the right color. Hearing my lamenting on the cost of my error, Griffin told me to bring the paint back in and let them apply their expertise and color formular database to get it to the color I wanted. Right on! Thank you Griffen. Now i won't be discarding a gallon of paint... turn it into a paint that can be used as the base coat.
My experience at Sherwin Williams in Essex, VT reinforces why I switched from buying paint at big box stores. Griff I hope I got the name right was very helpful with picking out the right paint for my daughter's room. Customer service is top-notch, thank you.
Great price if you can wait for the sales. But, the product quality is why I buy there.
