I ask them to match some stain for my latest project. I left a sample of the wood for a color match and a few pieces of wood to test the color. When they called to say it was ready I ask my daughter to pick it up. So far so good. The color match was terrible. It was no where near the required color. I went back to the store today with my samples and told them I was not satisfied. The young lady tried to consume that it was right. She finally said that she would fix it for me. So I left it with her to fix. She call and said it was ready after about an hour which was fine. I was pleased with the color match; however she was not very nice about it! She needs to be trained on better customer service!
Helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the supplies I needed. I ran in about 5 minutes before closing and was able to get what I needed and be on my way quickly but never felt rushed.
They have helpful employees and quality paints.
Staff is so helpful. Vincent is AMAZING. He spent 20mins helping me sort out a previous paint order mix-up where varied types of paints in different sheens were ordered over the span of a few months.

I'm very happy for the opportunity to tell you how wonderful this place is. Specifically about an employee. Her name is Asia. I hope Sherwin-Williams realizes how amazing she is. I have never been so impressed with a young person. She was attentive professional helpful and pleasant. She's made sure all of our needs were met. I would recommend this story to anyone. And I will certainly be back.
Great store to get all your painting supplies. Great service even they're a busy place still get the care you need. Staff is very knowledgeable of the products. They have all the products I needed to do my project's. Would recommend them to anyone doing paint projects.
Huge sample bars to take home to compare. The employees are very helpful to. They will even shake up old paint can you have. I do think there paint quality is outstanding. They get A+ from me on there helpful service and paint covers in 1 coat. Well done Sherwin Williams
I don't remember the guy's name, but it was a younger guy who was working. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. This was my first big painting project and I did research online before going in, but I was very very happy with all his help. I feel very confident about my project now and I will definitely make this place my destination for paint and supplies!!
Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They gave insightful suggestions and offered discounts to ease the shock from the large total.
