Loved that parking was so easy at this site. The product selection is great, and the paint goes on well and the color lasts. The Sales Associate was friendly, helpful and they gave me a box to help me carry my paint out. He even offered to help me get it to my car. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
My recent experience at Sherwin Williams Bethesda couldn't have been better. Jennifer was helpful, friendly and efficient. She looked up my previous orders in the computer, assisted me in selecting the appropriate sheen for my project, and without rushing, kept the pace moving to make sure waiting customers were quickly served. That was the bonus - the paint itself is great!
Just about every Sherwin-Williams store I've been in is pretty much the same, they have a lot of good stuff and well priced. Rarely do I walk out without the item I needed most. Austin I walk out with a lot more than I expected to. Well worth the price well worth the trip.
Tried to match and gave me the only paint with high sheen. I went into match my existing paint. I explained to Nelly that I knew the color and the at it was flat, but not the base. After I tried the paint they sold me, it turns out it was the only Flat paint with a sheen that they sell. All of the other base paints have the same flatter sheen. I told her what I was trying to match and she recommended the only paint that had a sheen level of 5. All other flat paints they sell have a sheen of 3. I expected more from a premium paint seller. Unless you have to, I would go somewhere else.
Sherwin Williams has the formulas for other company's colors. Makes it easier to get a sample rather than going to say Benjamin Moore which is further away.
I had to purchase paint 4 times in one week. The employees at Sherwin-Williams Paint Store are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.
Guy behind the counter was a bit of a "know it all" and liked to hear himself talk too much. I just wanted to read one of their product labels but couldnt cause he was pointing out words on the label and running his mouth so much about the meanings of the words that I could barely concentrate.
The wallpaper selection is the better than many other stores. Their discount is great! Very helpful personnel.
Friendly service. They took the time to take care of my needs.
Helpful service, good selection of supplies as well as a wide range of types of paint and color choice to choose from.
