I called before I went to make sure they had the product I was having trouble finding. The associate on the phone was helpful and polite. I drove done to the store and he helped me fine my product. A easy transaction, he was also helpful and I was on my way in 5 minutes. A good experience.
We needed stair tread stain matched to our new hardwood floor. This store is excellent and really went the extra mile to to get the best possible match. We could not get that services anywhere else. They are consistently helpful, polite and professional. They have all of my business from now on.
Sales staff are more knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous than staff at the 'big box' stores. I am able to get in and out with what I need very quickly. The products are great and prices are reasonable considering the quality.
One employee was on the phone for quit awhile while the only other employee stared at him without helping me. Finally rang me out. I asked about the discount under a commercial account. He assured me the discount was applied. I left to find out he put it under the wrong account and no discount. I needed to get back to the job and didn't have time to go back in. Very disappointed.
