Edit: I was able to contact the owner who was able to book me in with Robin next morning. She fixed my hair at no extra charge. Was efficient and friendly. Please with the outcome. Used to be great but this time I called and booked an appointment for a shampoo, cut, and style. Got there and they only booked me in for a half our. I am a female with long hair. When the lady at the front desk realized she still took me in so I thought that meant she had time to do as I asked. She did not. $60 later I walked out with a trim. No styling done and she did not have time to finish my cut I wanted. Won't be back. Won't be recommending

Great haircut and an easy, relaxing atmosphere. The price was competitive with the discount places but it was much easier to get in for a cut. I've been looking for a new spot since my previous 'go to' haircut place seems to always have a 1 hour + wait time and won't make appointments. This will be my new go to place for sure.
Very bad service, i want people to stop going here. They charge you extra money and doesn't do good job at all. Staff is very rude, not nice at all. I asked for haircut from one of their employee name emmy and i did shown the picture what i wanted but they did not cut my hair accordingly at all. Emmy literraly ruined my haircut with so aggresssiveness. Also, there is another women name brittany she was so rude too. She think she has alot of experience so she would do anything with their customer. I am so disappointed with the service. They think they are the only salon in charlottetown and in overconfident. I would like people to save your money and time and don't go there. Onwer should take this feedback seriously.
I visited there salon today ,that charged my so high even though we discussed prices at phone before,at checkout they backed out and said it was nothing like that ,I booked for full body and salon receptionist promised me she will provide discount and I can get half of my service today and rest later,but at the payment time they told due to half service there will be no discount and they charged me twice of what I used to get my legs ,arms done,the service was worst ,she breaked my skin hairs at the time of waxing for which I payed so much,and she peeled off my friend skin at the time of waxing eyebrows ,and even manager argued and did not understand.I would recommend to get better management and manager should learn to first to prioritize customers and service they provide ,if I complains it doesn’t mean Iam wrong and you can turn that customer down getting every employee in your side,this won’t work long,sooner clients will understand it’s not worth penny to get your services
I did my hair highlights from here just 3 weeks ago all the colour fade out in 3 weeks they charged me $170 before tax and lady who did my hair colour said" before doing this i want to ask can you effort 170 dollars she got no right to judge anyone also specifically when she doesn't know how to do her job perfectly ". Very poor quality product they used on ny hairs . Very disappointing.
Went in for just a hair trim to get rid of my dead ends. I was at most 20 minutes. The total was $40 which surprised me. The lady that cut my hair was lovely, but surprised by how expensive! Also, when I went dropped by the day before to make an appointment, the lady at the desk looked at me like I had 3 heads. I think it was because I didn't have a mask on? Not sure. Didn't realise this business mandates them still with the restrictions dropped. I wish she just said. I also wish I had a heads up that they are required before my appointment as well.
Such an easy and good experience for my 4 year old daughter. I booked the same day for an appointment, and I was booked in a few hours later. The ladies were so kind to my shy daughter - they made her feel relaxed and calm. The haircut was very cute and my daughter loves it! I'll certainly be bringing her back!
Courtney was amazing. Did a great job. Nailed it.
Had the best experience. Went from black hair, to a beautiful redish brown. Knowing that is can be a very tricky process, it turned out better than I could ever imagine. love Service: Hairstyling
