Neglected facility, Not as advertised buyer beware!!! Renters you will be ignored for serval months for repairs in and around your home. Administration fees are over 50.00 and rising every month, water and trash for a family of three is close to 170.00 with no outside watering. No playground No pond area safe for children or adults free of Algae and toxic bacteria from trash, clothing, dead animals and everything that run down from the road. No follow through with work orders. Bet ya they won't answer the phone for you, as they screen all calls. I have never had anyone in office answer any call. they require a message and never receive a professional response unless you are looking to fill the many open units Don't get stuck in a neglected community, where price is not as advertised.
Now that I’m free from this place. I highly suggest not moving here. Absolutely do not buy here. They don’t want it to look like families live here. Prices always change. Most of the rules are ridiculous. We had to fight for a year to get my neighbors out who were dangerous and thieves…. Even with video proof. It took them firing off guns to finally get them kicked out. STAY AWAY. Oh yeah, NO playground like advertised. Pond isn’t maintained. Pool isn’t open during regular hours. It’s treated as a luxury that we only get to use when they allow us instead of something that we want to use because we pay to use it. Richard is a jerk to deal with. I had to let my brother keep my dog because a bigger dog attacked mine while on my property. Even though I reported the dog trying to bite me and my kids multiple times. One time it tried biting my daughter in the face. The dog was a Great Dane and the owners couldn’t control it.
I've only been here for about a year but whatever I have needed and it's been taken care of pretty quickly I've lived in other mobile home parks in Lawton, maintenance people are pretty amazing compared to others. I was told that I needed a new roof in the mobile home that I am in now I was given the opportunity to purchase this home which I did and they still had the metal roof installed.
I stay here for a few months I didn’t have no bullying or nothing like that. They had some roaches. What place don’t have roaches. The landlords are very understanding the manufacture homes are great. I love them. I had to move out due to my disability but I love it there. Thank you for let me and enjoy the state.
Way overpriced. They have a fee for everything. Not allowed to have anything in your yard. No overflow trash dump available without a fee and an appointment. If you don't mow your lawn everyday you get charged for it. Roach infested. They were very helpful about my being late on rent. The manager is nice and the maintenance men are helpful and responsive. But definitely not worth the money to live there.
There seems to be theft and maliciousness amongst neighbors in this place. If you call management, calls are screened and not returned even by corporate HQ office. Someone who had a key let themselves into my home while I was a patient in the hospital and stole my kid's Christmas gift and my medicine out of my room and jammed my front door on their way out as they locked it with their key. Called management=0 also called corporate HQ office=0 no response to my concerns. They will tell you what you want to hear to move you in and take your money, then ignore you.
When I moved to Lawton a year and half ago I searched every option in a new town. This is my first time in a trailer park community and it was a great decision! I do not have someone living above or beside me to where I feel I have the privacy of a small home. The community grounds are very well maintained along with roads. I feel safe as there is adequate lighting on streets and clubhouse has security cameras for people coming and going. The staff are very nice and have become like family. The background checks for future residents is lengthy and worth it for community safety. The longtime residents and new neighbors are always friendly and everyone looks out for each others home.
We are home owners who have lived here since 2003. We have seen managers come and go. Most of them would not do anything for us since we home owners. Richard and Kaitlin have been absolutely great. They listen to what we have to say and suggestions we may have. They have done for us what others wouldn't. . We enjoy living here. Thanks for all you do.
Things where bad for a while but the new new manager Megan is amazing. She's finally taking care of us tenants and is trying her best to keep all the bullies and gangsters in their place. I just hope they add cameras to the park sooner so it can open again.
Richard and Kaitlin are an amazing team! They are very caring, quick to make sure all needs are met, and are super friendly! They provide quality customer service and they are just overall great and exceptional people! My fiance and I signed our lease yesterday and got our keys! We are so excited to be a part of Yes! Community. We can't wait to make our house a home! Thank you Richard and Kait for welcoming us home!
