They don't follow you around like a criminal like the ones in Rowland Heights, they actually help you and recommend items fairly unlike in Rowland Heights, and they are super kind and friendly, unlike the one in Rowland Heights. Rowland Heights being terrible place to shop at aside, this place has fair prices for importing their make-up and goods, and it's very clean and cute. The employees are helpful and not standoffish, which is pretty common in SoCal.

I am giving them 5 starts because they didn't make feel like a criminal while shopping unlike the one in Rowland heights. They are also very helpful. I had a few questions about a product and one of the staff was nice enough to help me. I will continue to shop here. They also do seem to have most products in stock.

Really amazing customer service! The girls were so nice and so sweet. I'm a big makeup/skincare junkie and since Im not familiar with Japanese at all, I asked a lot of random questions. To my surprise the sales associate knew all the answers! Usually the people who work at these types of places don't know anything and don't even talk to u. Awesome !

This is a cute store. The staffs are nice and they recommended me really good products. I will ask my friends come to this cute store too.

Like a beauty store in japan. Wall to wall of popular Japanese products. Mostly cheap to moderate prices. Don’t have to fly to japan or buy from Amazon. Even has a shibu doggie.

Nothing much to buy in this store location. Las Vegas location has a lot more items to get or buy.

Pretty cool store with a decent selection of things. The overall look of the store is quite nice but it can feel very cramped at times as there is not much space between rows. They have a good variety of products that are reasonably priced, even cheaper than amazon sometimes some are also more expensive so do your research before purchasing!. The workers are very knowledgeable and give good recommendations so don't be scared to ask for help or recommendations! Many of their products also have a sampler so you can see how you like it.
