Attorney Shie (pronounced "shy") has over 20 years of experience and expertise in transactional law, including estate planning (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney), decedents' estates (probate, trust administration), commercial and residential real estate transactions, leases, contracts, business transactions, and business law.
Thomas Shie is admitted to practice in Iowa and Illinois since 1991. He is a Davenport local and graduated from Davenport West High School. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Iowa, Juris Doctor (law) degree from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law with High Honors and was admitted to the prestigious Order of Coif for law school achievement.
Attorney Shie currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ridgecrest Retirement Village, currently serves on the Moline Community Schools 403B Investment Advisory Committee, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Davenport Metro Swim Team.
