Shiloh Medical Center

I am glad I found this office near to my home that is very good. I recently needed a mammogram and was having trouble getting an appointment. I was so stressed out that day. Diana went the extra mile to help me get my an appointment and it really relieved by frustration. The doctor and people at this office have been good to me and my family.

oh wow masochistic know it all nurses. your staff is cruel. I needed help. I know it's hard to go through the medical system. Your staff told me wrong time and made me drive to appointments that I didn't even have on those days I'm in pain and your staff didn't help me. I applied for disability - your office didn't send over my papers. I'm in pain and you ignored it.

Jenna Holmes is very thorough, smart and I just loves her, she is anwsom.

If you are looking for a dependable clinic this is not the one. There's no same day appointments for emergency reason. You can schedule an appointment but it can take a month or 2 months to get it and sometimes they forget to put it in the system. To get results is even worse it's a constant game of phone tag to get someone it can take up to a month to track someone down. Person given the results is a receptionist who just reads the results but has no knowledge of the actual issues. You'll have to make another appointment to speak to the doctor about your results.

Love the DR. The Nurses are very friendly.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DONT GO TO THAT OFFICE. My experience was horrible the Doctor was diagnosing my child with fibrosis we keep on going for the same growth of those supposedly Normal fibrosis. I finally decided to get a second opinion and like my heart told me something is not right my child ended up being missed diagnosed by the woman Doctor at Shiloh medical center. When I took her to another doctor because my child was getting sicker and not better she was diagnosed NOW CORRECTLY and found out she has CANCER. I am very disgusted with Shiloh medical center of them not diagnosing my child CORRECTLY. The only reason a have a 1 star is because I had to put it in order for me to leave a review this office doesn't deserve NO STARS

This place is horrible worst medical clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Earl seems nice but don't count on ever seeing her. They prefer to use a nasty doctor named Diane that pretty much talk to you in a condescending manner. They said they were going to give me a referral for physical therapy but never did. I called them they told me it wasn't on the record so obviously nasty Diane dropped the ball on it. They were going to call me back after they talk to Diane but never did. I called them and they told me it was my problem I need to call the referral Department. I asked for another appointment they said they couldn't get me in for 2 months. I'm assuming it was because of nasty Diane. She's the worst doctor I've ever seen.

Do not know how they were voted best in the desert. After past experiences, I walked away because of the poor service provided by the office staff. Although I chose to return, I did so because Ms. Holmes had returned. Ms. Holmes took care of all of my needs but the office staff still continues to fumble to provide a good service. It has taken me 3 weeks and several calls to finally get one of my referrals. No service at this location.
