Shimmy with Saniyah Belly Dance Workout Classes offers dance fitness classes that are structured around bellydance technique with a touch of Yoga, Pilates and Zumba-like moves and structure. As we shimmy, shape and strengthen, we throw in some flavors of Latin dance, Hip Hop and African moves to keep it fun. You will learn basic belly dance techniques, movements and combinations while you move to a great mix of music!
We provide a low impact cardio workout that strengthens your full body, including your upper and lower body and core. Give your body a great workout from head to toe and leave feeling more beautiful and stronger. Many participants say they didn't expect to sweat that much and that it was a better workout than expected. Our classes are a workout that challenges your body and touches your heart.
