I have known Mr. Shin for over 40 years.  Our first business transaction occurred during the US 1 flea market days. He was very professional then and to this day remains so. His quality of jewelry is genuine.  I still have jewelry that I purchased back then that is still in tip top shape today. In fact, what I purchased over 40 years ago you cannot find today. Overall his workmanship is still of quality, his mannerism is still professional, he is very trustworthy, his staff is very knowledgeable and his jewelry is the best quality you can get. Mr. Shin I am thankful for knowing you all these years, doing business with you as well as experiencing your heartfelt kindness.

Shin Brothers Jewelers is a fantastic store.  They helped my fiancé and I figure out the type of engagement ring we wanted in a no pressure way.  They also did a great job with setting the diamond and resizing the ring ALL ON THE SAME DAY which I really appreciated given I was going out of town the next week.  The owner and employees are extremely nice, supportive and personable.  If you are looking for a phenomenal jewelry store that does great work and provides great customer service, THIS IS YOUR STORE!!!

I highly recommend Shin Brothers Jewelers.  They carry such uniquely beautiful jewelry at great prices.   The owner and the staff are caring, patient, professional and very helpful.    They really help you find what you want or need for a gift.   This jeweler is defiantly a distinguish place, were people still care and customer service surpasses 100%.  If you need your jewelry repaired their jeweler does an amazing job at repairs.      I have purchased some unique pieces of jewelry  from Shin Brothers and get compliments every time I wear them.     I won't get my jewelry or gifts anywhere else.

Going here is always a pleasant trip! It's always fun and exciting to see everyone and every jewel they have in the store. They truly do have the most unique jewelry and they always get me a fair price that just makes even so much better. Their customers service is one of the best! Especially Dora!! She is the best and I will always look forward coming in when she is working because she will always try to find whatever you need!

Richard and his wonderful team have done it again! Though I might be biased, Mr. Shin has been a part of my family for generations! My father knew him first, then my fiancée went to him for my engagement ring, and now we have the perfect wedding bands to complete our set! The entire team is professional, warm, inviting, and exceptional in their knowledge of the jewelry business. We were able to have our rings appraised for insurance purposes right in the same store! For our wedding bands, Michael, my husband, wanted to have engraving done on the inside of our bands for our wedding day with our initials and our wedding date; this turned out to be quite the challenge. Michael’s came out amazing and legible since he has a much bigger finger than I do, and even though I have a tiny 5.5 ring size… they managed to still put M&B our first initials with our wedding date of 10/07/2017. Whenever you visit, they are kind enough to clean your jewelry if asked. Anyone who is even THINKING about getting engaged this store is the first I recommend. He also has a wonderful arrangement of watches, and other jewelry that would be outstanding for any occasion! We love being a part of the Shin family. I been buying from Shin Brothers for over 30 years. They are the best around and you can find almost anything your looking for. If you can't find it just show them or tell them what you want and they can design and make the jewelry for you.  I can't say enough about all the beautiful jewelry I purchased from them along with the gorgeous pieces of jewelry they created for me. The latest piece being my 30 year old engagement wedding band set.  I walked in told Richard what I was looking and bam I had a new makeover.. Its so beautiful I can't stop looking at my ring.. Went to Shin Bothers with my son to shop for an engagement ring. We were both nervous as we are not "diamond experts". It ended up being an amazing experience!! The staff here are some of the the nicest people and were so helpful. Once he decided on a ring they set it while we waited... we didnt feel rushed at all and they are extremely knowledgable. The service from start to finish was impecable. Thank you Mr Shin for making this one of the best days for my son..he left there with the biggest smile on his face and my future daughter in law almost fainted when she seen her ring.. Its just perfect. Thank you.

Shin Jewelers is a great place to shop for quality jewelry at an awesome price. I have been shopping online at Shin for several years. My first purchase was a diamond initial ring for my daughter. I was skeptical about making such a purchase online, but it was the best experience. I was so impressed when the ring came in the mail. It was beautiful.  Rick is the person I choose to deal with. He is helpful, and professional, and goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with my purchases. Shin Jeweler gets a 5+ from me for sure. WE LOVE MY ENGAGEMENT RING!!! I went to Shin Brothers with my fiancee so we can get an idea of what type of ring I wanted. They had so many different designs and selections that I could try on. I actually chose about 4 different designs, then my fiancee chose this design shown below. The thing was that I was in LOVE with pear shaped diamond rings..but the sample they had was with a round stone :! But they were able to create a whole new custom ring with the stone and size we wanted!  Mr Shin and the employees were so patient and helpful throughout the entire process with recreating exactly what we wanted. It took about 2-3 weeks for them to create the custom mold with the pear shape and the setting. I do a lot of manual work at my job + continuous hand washing, so the design was made with a low set stone to prevent it from catching on sweaters and such. That was a super considerate part of the design!  They kept us updated with photos of the entire process too. My fiancee was able to pick out the quality and color of the diamond, with extra education provided by the wonderful staff.  My fiancee was so happy with the results and of course I LOVED IT!!!! It is certainly a one of a kind ring.  You can literally do ANYTHING you want with the designs at their store. You can combine concepts of different rings you see. They can make anything in such great quality and prices. I am in love with my ring and the sturdiness of the design. I get compliments everywhere we go, but most of all, it reminds me of my fiancee! &lt;3  I highly recommend going there to pick out your engagement/ wedding rings!
