Gi Jujitsu and No Gi Jujitsu, Shingitai Fitness, MMA
Our goal at Shingitai Jujitsu Academy is to provide you with one of the best Martial Arts around at an inexpensive cost and a wide range of options. Here is our new class schedule with hours and cost:
1. $20 a month/ Monday class from 5:30-6:30pm. This is a standup class with Judo Gi on. In this class we will be learning Hybrid Fighting, Judo, Kickboxing, and learn how to effectively defend yourself in a street attack or prevail in combat sports.
2.$20 a month/Tuesday class from 5:30-6:30pm. This is a No Gi Jujitsu class. In this class you will learn Catch Wrestling skill, Jujitsu, Submission and holds, take downs that will prepare you for any wrestling tournaments or submission grappling tournaments or a No Gi Jujitsu tournament.
3.$20 a month/Wednesday class 5:30-6:30pm. This is a standup No Gi class. You will learn Boxing, Kickboxing, No Gi Judo, Combative Technique and how to combine them to use in a sport application or street application.
4. $20 a month/Thursday 5:30-6:30pm. This is a Gi Jujitsu class. You will learn how to apply submission, hold, and takedown utilizing the Judo Gi that will prepare you for anything in combative sports or street defense.
5. $30 a month/ Mon-Thurs 6:30-7:30pm Our Shingitai Fitness class is a great way for you to get in shape, shed those extra pounds and give yourself more energy. In this class we utilize a training method that allows you to work at your own pace while having an instructor there to give you a boost of confidence and push you to help meet your goal.
6. $50 a month/Mon-Thurs 5:30-8:30pm. All Out Assault Fight Team(MMA, Kickboxing, Jujitsu, Hybrid Fighting Arts) With our Fight team we are looking for the Elite. The one who is willing to put in the blood, sweat, and tears to accomplish the ultimate goal of having your hand raised in the Cage as the winner. If that is you then AOA is where you need to be.
