Description
Shine Tidelands State Park is a 13acre Washington state park located in Jefferson County, 7mi south of Port Ludlow. The park has 5000ft of shoreline on Bywater Bay and offers activities including picnicking, fishing, shellfish harvesting, beachcombing, birdwatching, windsurfing, and wildlife viewing. At high tide, there is very little beach above water.
