Enhancing the lives of Children and Teens through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
Each class will introduce age appropriate yoga poses, incorporate games, stories, mindfulness exercises, and end with peaceful relaxation.
Classes are typically offered as a 4, 6, or 8 week series, held once per week, and vary in length. Private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups are also available.
No prior yoga experience is necessary! Mats and props are provided.
