We use Shine Box to clean our cars. Their work is excellent! You should see the work they do with polishing aluminum! If you want a perfect job, check them out.

I made an appointment a week in advance to have my car detailed at 9 am on a Saturday and was told they'd need my car for a couple of hours. When I dropped it off the next week at 9, they said they'd call me between 12:30-1:00. At 1:00, I hadn't heard anything, so I called and was told their detailer had just gotten in and would get right to it; I let them know I needed my car back that afternoon. By 4:30, I still hadn't heard back, so I walked there and saw that they hadn't touched it. Not only did no one call me to say they couldn't get to my car as promised, but they offered no apology and no discount on a future service. I'll never go there again.
