I ordered a table with 6 chairs the first week of November. They only had 4 chairs but promised the other 2 chairs by Jan 2. I paid in full for the table and all 6 chairs the day I walked in. It's almost April and I can not get a straight answer on where my chairs are. I'm not really happy at the moment. I can say that the staff is really friendly but it seems no one knows what's going on. I understand covid but communication is key. No one has reached out to me and when I call I can not get a response to whats going on. They just tell me to call back and check in 2 weeks...
Very good selection! Stopped by just to check it out the same week that we moved to the area. Ended up finding the exact pieces that we needed, and Gary Watson was a great salesman to work with - extremely helpful and no pressure. Fast delivery too!
Bought a dresser for my daughter and had it delivered on January of this year. One of the pulls broke and and have been waiting for a replacement for several months. Also bought several other pieces of furniture which are fine. Disappointed with the lack of follow through.
Well organized and everything is clearly marked. Friendly sales staff was helpful without being overbearing or pushy in anyway. We easily located where the customization area could be found if we found anything that we wanted in a different color or fabric.
Angie was great I am new to the Easley area and I was looking for a dining set and they had it, it is perfect. I have been shopping around for furniture and a lot of places are saying the wait time is four to six months but Angie got it quicker than that.Awesome customer service I will definitely return
If you purchase any item that may need warrenty work latter your better off going somewhere else.Purchased a reclining loveseat that stopped working.They came and removed the defective motor six months ago.I have called and went to the store multiple times but no one is ever there that knows when if ever they migjt repair it. It has been almost a year since i called Shipleys about the problems i was having with my reclining loveseat. It is still not repared and no will return my calls. Now they have blocked me from sending them e mails about why they will not call me.
I shopped several places for a new couch. It was so frustrating dealing with high pressure salesman. I went to Shipley's Factory Direct Furniture because I saw one on their website I liked. The lady took me straight to the couch and never tried to pressure me into buying anything else. She gave me an excellent deal. If you are looking for quality funiture at great prices, no high pressure sales people, this is the place to go. Christal and GiGi that work there were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable with my shopping experience.
This store is nothing but a bunch of LIES to get you to buy their product. We ordered a dining room table that was suppose to come with a bench seat that the owner sold to somone else and not as a set. After ordering the bench separately knowing it would take a month or so to come in they said I called back a month later they told me it was on back order for another month. I was calm and said ok. Called back again after 2 months and was told it would be in next week. Every week that month i was told it would be in.... so after 3 months now after being told it was going to be in, I’m told it won’t be here for another 3 months. SO SIX MONTHS TOTAL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !
They are amazing! The customer service is top notch. I will only shop there from now on! Angie and Doug are on point!
Very helpful and knowledgeable. She is very friendly and patient. Sweet individual would highly recommend looking here for any funiture you need
