Walked in, told the guys what I needed, they checked out my gait, made some recommendations off of what I was looking for, and I bought the first pair I tried on that they suggested. Was in and out in 15 minutes and they offer a great military discount. Awesome place to get PERFORMANCE quality shoes at competitive prices.

I ordered Birkenstock sandals best sandals I’ve ever owned! from Shippy Shoes, and they arrived the next day! About 28 hours later to be exact. Even though I live about 45 minutes away, which would have been 1 1/2 hours round trip, that is super fast shipping! My shoes were packed well and checkout was a breeze. Thank you. :
I drove 72 miles to see if this store could help me find a pair of running shoes. The staff was friendly and measured my feet to get my size. They then analyzed my stride and walking style and assisted me in selecting a the correct style of shoe that would best suit my needs. I had such a good experience with the staff who helped me with my shoes, that I ended up buying a pair of work boots while I was there. Again, same routine. The staff inquired about my profession, identified my needs and set me up with a boot that was designed for my line of work. Finally I stopped to see if they had any work boot socks. They unfortunately did not have what I needed in my size. Completely understandable with the supply chain issues that are happening. What they did do though, was offer to order the socks in for me. I anticipated them to show up in a few weeks when they came back in stock. Boy was I wrong. 4 days later the items show up on my front door shipped to my home. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Shippy Shoes. This will be the only place I buy footwear in the future. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. We need more great local small businesses like these. Keep up the great work
Great people and service. You walk in and are greeted at the door. They offer assistance right away. Help you find the shoes you want and tell you what is on sale. They measure your feet to find out what size you need. Love this store.
Plenty of people working to help me. Unfortunately they did not have the Berks I wanted in the color I wanted nor did they have the Brooks running shoes I wanted in my size. I have shopped here before though and they are very knowledgeable and had what I needed.
Good friendly service. They have a back room with the discounted items, too! I got great running shoes and some awesome socks here!
Staff very polite and helpful! My father in law is Hispanic speaks only Spanish and blinddiabetic, the gentleman that helped did a great and get the perfect shoe one the first try! Thank you Shippy Shoes!
Disappointed. No choice for mom's arthritic feet and what we liked you didn't have.
I was there this morning to buy a pair of Brooks. My salesperson was absolutely the best. I knew exactly what I wanted, but we talked, tried on several pair and she patiently helped me make the perfect decision. I can't remember being treated by any business as well as she treated me. I was so happy to do business with a non chain store, that I've waited to visit Shippy Shoes. The wonderful salesperson was a woman with long hair. Absolutely a wonderful employee, and great experience. Thank you.
