This bakery deserves 100 stars for their talent, professionalism, customer service and overall kindness. I sent them a photo of the birthday cake I wanted and they created a cake even better than I envisioned. They called me to ensure everything was spelled correctly and they delivered my cake to my birthday dinner venue as planned. They're all so kind and they put so much love and passion into what they do. I highly recommend and I'll always support them!

Best Bakery in North America. That I know: for cakes and yummy creamy sweets Try the cream puffs and rolletts and jannett was great and kind. Also the owners awesome. She referred me to another bakery over some items did not have!! That is integrity and self confidence in your work. Thank you. Keep up good work.

Bad business, Ordered a cake for a special 2 yr celebration. My girlfriend personalised a special cake that was supposed to be a surprise delivered to my work. Dealing with Nick turned out to be a nightmare. As you can see the "chocolate cake" that she ordered was not the cake that was sent. Turns out that she payed $115 for the cake so she asked me to send her pictures of the cake because unfortunately she was unable to attend the celebration. As you can see she was not happy at all. When she contacted via email and sent pictures of the white cake that was supposed to be chocolate, Nick said sorry about the miststake but the work had already been done so the best he could do to compensate would be to give a discount on next order.. There will be no next order so Nick, we'll see you in court. Both me and my girl work 60+ hrs a week. We deserve to get what we pay for and when my girl said that would be giving you a bad review, your reply was "I can afford the hit" Unacceptable she was devastated that she couln't physically be present when the cake was given to me so she wanted it to be perfect. This celebration only comes once a year.... So whether your reviews can "take a hit" Let your conscience own the you made someone feel horrible and cheated.

Placed order about 10 days ahead. Cake was executed perfectly and tasted delicious for my nephew's 2nd "monkey, see monkey do" themed birthday.

One of my favorite places to go to get my custom cakes. The customer service is amazing & the outcomes of the cakes are amazing! Besides this the actual cake is actually really delicious. I been coming here I want to say for almost 2 years now & I will keep coming!

I purchased a box of Latifeh as a small gift for a customer. When I got the box it was really dirty. It was full of what looked like grease and filling. I asked the cashier to please exchange the box as it was a gift. She gave me another dirty box.

I had an amazing first experience! The staff members at the Bakery were very friendly. The music was not to loud and the place was clean. Great quality. I felt loved, welcomed and like they really cared about customer satisfaction! The cupcakes were very moist and perfect for both kids and adults.

I was blown away with the top of the line, outstanding service this bakery and the family that owns it! I gave been there twice, both times I was greeted with a warm smile and unlimited friendliness. I felt loved, welcomed and like they really cared about customer satisfaction! To top it off, they have gluten free treats, you can sample their tea or coffee, they are sweet as the pastries they sell, and the gluten free coconut cones with chocolate chips were superb! They also told me they do have gluten free cakes available if I order one, you know I will be ordering my next birthday cake here! Love this place!

We ordered Marble cupcakes from Shirin Bakery for our Son's very 1st Birthday and we loved the cupcakes and so did our guests. The cupcakes were very moist and perfect for both kids and adults. My son actually kept licking my fingers and wanting more. lol. Nick and the rest of the staff members at the Bakery were very friendly. We will definitely be ordering more cakes/cupcakes from Shirin bakery.

We went for Mother's Day with family. It was very pleasant. the music was not to loud and the place was clean. we ordered from the Italian menu and from the Persian Menu. Was not to happy with seating area. close to the door and a bit tight next time will ask for another seat. Our appetizer was Hummus best in the west!! and then our meals came yummy large delicious portions. Hope to come back on Fathers Day.
