I love this agency. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and I’m never disappointed. They answer all my questions, give great financial advice ,and I receive the largest tax refund because they thoroughly find every deduction that I’m entitled to. The staff and tax preparers are friendly and very knowledgeable.  The owner is a sweetheart. You won’t regret coming here.

Great customer service! I used to go to them for several years, but recently only needed a basic filing. I started using an online service instead. In 2021 it took 7 MONTHS to get my refund via direct deposit. Needless to say, I went back to the Cruickshank Agency, and received my refund within 3-4 weeks. I know several people who went through an online service, and are still awaiting refunds. Here, they are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and available if you have questions about your tax returns.
