Welcome to our traditional style dojo. We offer martial arts classes in a family friendly setting where beginner kids, parents, grandparents and friends are encouraged to train together. We teach three disciplines at our dojo that offer a student of martial arts access to the world’s most powerful and effective self-defense systems.
Goju Ryu (Traditional Karate)
Matayoshi Kobudo (Weapons fighting system)
Shorinji Aiki Jujitsu (Japanese grappling and wrestling martial art)
Instructors Ray Peet and Richard Mustafa are devoted to the practical application of these true traditional martial art forms. Emphasis is placed on proper form, structured training sessions, practical real-world application, and respect for the art’s heritage. Nick Peet and Craig Stewart, both senior belts and long-term students of the academy also instruct class. We offer children’s classes, beginner/intermediate classes for teens and adults, as well as advanced black belt classes.
As a family run dojo we keep prices affordable and require no contracts.
