This store is extremely tacky, ghetto, and unprofessional! I recently purchased a pair of shoes and brought them back within hours because they were needed in a bigger size. Never worn outside and clean!!! As I came back to this store to complete my exchange the preferred size was of a shoe that was very dirty at the bottom of the shoes. I told the cashier and she offered $5 off. I explained there is no way they should be selling worn shoes and how they would need to be removed from the shelf or drastically marked down. The cashier gave attitude and said no. This store is full of hourly employees who needs to learn high emotional intelligence and proper customer satisfaction and what top tier customer service means. There is no way you think it's okay to sell worn shoes and at most offer minimal effort in rectifying the matter. I'm very disappointed and disgusted to say the least!!! Oh yeah the cashier tried to say the shoes were dirty because they were worn around the store. Oh ok I guess that makes it better?? These people are jokes!!
Price is good , and finding something different is why I go. Their gym shoes are like hidden gems if you don't go you will never know. Keep up the great work Shoe Carnival.
The cashier was so professional and nice, but when I asked for help everything was so different in a bad way. Looks like the 2 people working on the floor don't like questions or they don't like to help customers. Maybe if the shoe carnival store increase the sales commission to their employees the service will improve.
Not very professional. Closes there doors before the end of store hours. So if you get off work an hour before they close and need too get some shoes for your children you might not want too come to this location
The had a clearance sale Beautiful selection of shoes due to an injury I couldn't fit none of the women's boots I tried on except one because it tied up instead of pull on but I did find some nice mens boots the black pair is a women boot all three under 130 before taxes
The staff is always nice and even though I had to make a few returns, finding something else I liked was not hard.
The store was a little messy, and the service was lacking, but we found what we needed.
Good selections, prices and wonderful staff!!!!
Zero starts, the employees are very ignorant and rude just like many other reviews say the have an attitude and hate their jobs
The atmosphere was good. Customer service was good. The shoes are cute. Just need a better selections in wider width department. Thanks!
