Shoe City

Been going to this place since 05"-08". Hands down "Best Selection" of shoes regardless of the "WSS" which is practically across the street. Recommend it too anyone with any style. Plus the young women at the counter let my Son spin the wheel himself and sure enough he spun it too the "#17' spot one away from winning on the "Green spot" Thanks too you all who make my trips pleasent everytime I'm in the store.. P.S --- Please bring back the Best Shirt Selection I really miss it.

Good selection for adults. The kids' section is not that great. We were still able to find some basketball shoes for my son.

The manager there was rude.. I call ahead that if I can do an exchange and if manager was there...and they said yes.. when I get there she said I can't make the exchange... I really did my best to be calm..

I just fell in love with Cassandra, one of the salespersons. Their section of tennis shoes was extensive i even saw some knitted vans which is a first for me prices where decent considering the inflation we are experiencing. Clean. Frie dly salea people.....

The shoes here were decently priced. The staff was attentive and pleasant. They also have Military discounts! Two thumbs up! I needed a pair of walking shoes for Disneyland, and came here for just that. I found my shoes in another bag in our hotel room, and brought the new one's back, unworn. They had no problem, as I had the receipt for the purchase. A bonus part is, you get to spin the wheel, and if it lands on the "0," then you get your shoes for FREE!! Lot's of shoes to choose from.

I love Shoe City!! But this location is absolutely the best out of them all. This store is one of the bigger ones, so they have a bigger and better selection of shoes. I highly recommend coming here before the others. Plus the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. When I couldn't find a specific shoe or they didn't have it, the staff called the other locations and found it for me. Prices are great. I'd have to say I walked in for a pair of shoes and ended up walking out with six pairs. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

All the shoes feel fake and are going to break in a week but very cheap

I had some time to spare and had been wanting some new running shoes so I stopped in to this store. It was totally empty of customers at the time. Upon entering there were several employees going about their business so I start looking around and a guys asks me what I wanted. I said I wasnt sure yet and would just look around. So as I'm looking around he just keeps following me and following. It was very rude and uncomfortable. The pickings were slim from what I could tell. But the trailing behind me made me leave the store. Not how I like to shop. I dont care how desperate you are to make a sale......let me shop in peace. No need to stalk me. Or that's how it made me feel anyway. Wont go back.

BEWARE: WORST PLACE TO BUY SHOES EVER!! WE LITERALLY BOUGHT SHOES AT REGISTER AND THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM OUR CASH APP AND THEY SAID IT WAS DECLINED. SO THEY DIDNT GIVE US THE SHOES OR OUR MONEY BACK.. AND THEY ARE NO HELP IN TRYING TO SOLVE THIS SITUATION.. AND THE PAYMENT IS STILL NOT REFUNDED TO THIS DAY... I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY OR RECOMMEND SHOE CITY EVER!!!
