I want to start off with that I personally have worked retail for 5+ years and I understand the concept of giving exceptional customer service. However, today was just ridiculous. I come into this store with my shoes, again MY PERSONAL PROPERTY that I paid for with receipt and one of the employees is already asking for the box and receipt. Automatically, that is rude and annoying. The employee, a Hispanic woman who does not speak English I am Hispanic too and bilingual kept following me around. Mind you I am simply carrying a tiny clutch bag and car keys. I then asked for a particular size in shoe for a particular brand. She kept showing me what she sees first which is a size one size smaller and half a size bigger. I said no countless times. I tried to have a lot of patience because I know how it is to work in retail but she really went overboard and I had to raise my voice and explain to her I want a size this particular size.I took it upon myself to search the row behind the boxes and found the size myself. If this is the training that is being taught, it is absolutely awful, annoying and straight up bad service. The shoes are tagged, we are on multiple cameras, the parking lot is small and yet I am being treated as a potential thief. I will never and I mean never come here again. The reason I give this a 2 star is because I got a a nice pair of shoes with the correct shoe size I needed. Customer service is -0 stars.

My son needed to exchange his shoes ASAP. The ones we just got were rubbing against his feet and hurting. The sales associate and the manager were great! They got the shoes we needed, my son tried them on and they felt great. He tried on a different pair just for comparison. The manager checked back in on us. Then my son confirmed which ones he wanted and the manager was right back over to help us. Nice and easy! The manager and everyone we spoke with were great and super helpful! We really value excellent customer service and that's just what we got! I think this was our first time at this location. My son and I were both super happy with our experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Both times ive visited this store workers were acting weird like my family and i were stealing stuff. This last time we visited the clerk walked all the way outside and asked to check the bag of shoes we purchased. Mind you she placed the shoes in the bag herself at the register. Made us spin the wheel and stood there and followed us to the car as I was pulling out the parking spot to check the bag she packed. Not everyone that walks into a store is stealing stuff. Not going back here again.

Very helpful people working there, even when we got there at almost 8pm they were very nice and helped us with getting the right shoes. Will go there again :

Staff was very helpful. Went to buy flip-flops. They have a nice selection in my size, 10. Quality of the brands are very good. Definitely will return here for other purchases

Been going here for years they used to carry Sambas but do not anymore. Took my son shoe shopping for school he likes the spin of the wheel a chance to win free pair. Nice digs cool kicks average prices. Retail is dead.

I took the kids to Shoe City yesterday for the first time. The employee was extremely friendly and helpful! She measured my kids' feet, and helped us find their sizes. Very happy with our experience!
