Wow, they have a great variety of shoes. While looking for men's shoes I was impressed with the amount of sizes offered.
Love this place because they carry my beloved BLOWFISH shoes! They also have a nice selection of boots and dress shoes and you can always find a good sale going on or something on the clearance wall. Employees have always been kind every time I've visited.
The one star goes to the selection of the shoes. Definitely not the price or customer service. Unfortunately when I walked into the store both employees were on their phones. After 2 minutes one of them yelled hi while still looking at their phones. After 5 minutes I asked about a pair of shoes I was looking for. One of them had no idea they existed, the other just smugly said NO without looking up. We walked around the store once more and walked out. I went and bought shoes at shoe Carnival instead, shoe carnival has amazing prices compared to shoe encore and much much better customer service. I would recommend driving the extra 4 minutes down the road, save money and leave happy.
It was the first time to find some shoes for my mom. I don't if because it was a tax weekend or something, but I felt like we had to play a Treasure Hunt just by trying to find workers. We had to ask for a shoehorn, and apparently they don't provide any socks if you wanted to try some shoes on we were looking for the shoes for my mom. Finally, it took us 5 minutes waiting until I went and knocked on the back door asking if someone could come out and check us out. And even then a lady took the trip around the store before she came to the desk. It felt like she was halfway asleep and needed a nap. Definitely not a great experience. Again, maybe we were unfortunate that day.
Do not order online. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter and two days later got a cancellation email. Something about it not processing my bf’s card. So I emailed them and they got back with me saying to redo my order so I did. But a day before I got that email I placed another order with My card for another pair of shoes and a few days later I got another cancellation email. Then of course the second order for my daughters shoes was cancelled as well. So in total all 3 orders got cancelled. All the emails said the exact same thing but we did get our money back after about a week.
I give it 4 stars due to the fact I can find some good deals here and they have great shoes. The service on the other hand sucks, you walk in and no body is to be found, go to check out you have to wait till someone realizes your there. I think they need a sound system on the door to let them know people are there, but that won't help with manners.
Great prices and selections. Very organized and easy to find your size. Huge clearance section. Even movies playing for the kiddos to keep them entertained. Staff was very friendly.
Prices weren't too high, overall I was satisfied and the guy working with the black fingernails was kind and very helpful! Sorry for not catching his name
Visited on January 17, employees were completely unprofessional and sloppy, throwing boxes, shouting, and failing to greet us. A man was standing up at the cash register refused to help us because he's a "salesman".
There is no customer service. I walked out after 20 minutes. That place is dead.
