Been in here twice to find my husband some flip flops and both times he found one he liked, but they could never find the other shoe to complete the pair. He ended up having to order them and have them shipped. I don't understand why this store does not have a ship to store option. Like most stores it would've been nice to save on shipping and pick up at the store since it was them that didn't have the complete pair. **Edited to add that I got in touch with customer service and they refunded me the shipping cost**
Don't go here for Nikes...the selection keeps getting worse and worse here :- They had one pair of shoes that would fit my daughter and one was the display that looked dirty...the young lady working there was very nice and tried to clean it up a bit for us to no avail. I took a few "nostalgia" shots of some shoes that appear to be making a comeback from my teenage years.
My husband and I went this morning to attempt to buy 3 pair of Skechers shoes for men. The boxes were in disarray and most of them were empty or had one shoe that was the wrong one. I asked one of the attendants if they could get the sizes we needed in the back, and she explained “we have nothing in the back. Nothing at all. What you see on the aisle is what we have.” 4 staff members at the checkout that did not assist any customers in the store. My husband and I went across the street to the Shoe Company beside Office Depot and got the 3 pair of Skechers we needed. If I could give zero stars I would.
Love this store! I can always find a cute pair of dress shoe or casual canvas which I love to slip into. I cannot leave without a new purse and wallet
I never give a bad review, but I will say this store has some issues. Short staffed with new people trying to learn and clean up after the previous staff. Mixed up inventory. Finally found a Wide right shoe, with a medium left shoe. I'll order online.
I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. It is always a complete wreck. You can’t find anything you’re looking for because there are just mounds of boxes all over the place.

This store has previously sold converse shoes. Went there today and they no longer carry them but have a big sign on wall as a brand they carry. Also this store is a total mess and very unorganized.
The prices are a bit high, but good quality and the staff is not pushy and I appreciate that.
This has always been a good spot to shop. I have noticed in the last few weeks the store is very unorganized and cluttered. The employees are rude ! If you ask for help they may roll their eyes and walk away. Not all of them but a few. The sign on the door for Saturday said 7pm. We got there at 6:40 and they seen us walk up to the door and they locked it and turned the lights out. Which we understand now days stores have to adjust hours and such however to lock the door 20 mins earlier than posted just because you see a customer there is crazy. My shopping alone would of made the store possible $200. These business need to realize this.
