I went to shoe dept to get some shoes, there was this really kind young gentleman named Caleb who was just peachy , kinda have a crush on him tbh, would come again, mainly for his number ; 5 stars , I guess Elliana is alright, but Daniel is a little too Russian for me
I went to shoe encore and Bailey was awful to me. She was incredibly rude and made me feel very unwelcome. When I needed help she offered no assistance where the other associates did. I will not be coming back after my encounter with her.
One of the best places to find shoes, they have a huge variety of name brand items and everything else. Very good prices and very nice people working there. Been going there for years
No other foot ware store compares to Encore. So many choices and a very simple store layout. Lots of room to move through the isles. Plenty of places to sit right down and pour your feet into your next pair of shoes. The prices are clearly marked and affordable enough to go ahead and get an extra pair. I could buy my fiancee some nice flowers,.. or I can take her shopping at Encore. Shoes!!!
Shoe Encore has the absolute best selection of shoes, no matter what your looking for. Men's, women's, girls, boys and every style, design, brand you name it they have it and best of all their prices are amazing!
Worst experience ever. Staff was very rude as soon as we walked in. Discriminating against me because I have a medical illness. They refused to provide their names or managers name. The girl in the front of the store was disrepectful along with the other 2 staff that were working. All refused to give me the manager or their names to report them. I definitely do not recommend anyone of color or disability to go there. I will never return to that store. I am completely disgusted with their professionalism.
I am always able to find a good pair of shoes for everyone in my family. This time I was looking for something cute for myself. Took me no time to find what I was looking for. A short line and I was out.
The manager is very extremely rude to his employees and treats them like they are animals. The shoe dept. Is a waste of space and is a joke this company in the valley mall should not be running. They have no customer service. The manager has no right to be running a store as he cannot even show other employees the common respect of kindness. Don't support this company in the valley mall
Upon first glance, I wasn't sure this place was going to have much for men - but I was proven wrong. This store had exactly what I was looking for all black shoe in my size 13W and a brand I like New Balance. And the price wasn't anything to wince at either. Good customer service too, so I will shop here again.
I went here with my dad on Sunday to get my shoes for my wedding. Riley was very helpful and did a great job all around.
