Shoe Dept. Encore has a really great deal going on right now! Anything with a red tag is 50% off the lowest price. Was able to get my daughter 2 pairs of boots for under $20.00. This store is always clean and has a wide variety and assortment of shoes in all sizes. The employees can be very helpful most days and easily available to answer any of your questions. Everytime I go in the store I know I will get a great deal!
Would shop there again ...but check your shoes in the box to make sure they match the size on the box...i found several in-matched.
They always have lots of great shoes
I like it because shoes can get expensive quick. They have good deals and a pretty wide selection along with clearance shoes.
While in the terre haute Indiana store today, I was helped by not 1 but 2 employees to select the correct shoe size is the several in the the rack didn't match the one I needed, but was on the display. The rack had 3 different shoes in it. Which is not uncommon for this store. The sales girl finally turned around and found it sitting on a floor display directly behind us, I was pleased to have my selected purchase they had just helped me help until I went to play. They rang them up and wow... Almost $60 more than I had seen them for in the floor!!! I told the cashier the price was wrong, went out to the floor and explained to manager on duty who was one of the girls that had helped me and was now resetting the display in a hurry and got caught in the middle of doing it. That she had just helped me and needed to honor the price it was when she took the shoes to the cashier. It was not my fault they were all miss slotted or mismarked, as she was claiming. And wanting me to be ok with... I am not paying for their mess up when it had @ least 5 pairs in that slot that were messed up... The top cap was wrong and price card was in wrong place as well... They did finally honor the price I saw $39.95 and pointed out to them with the display shoe at start of them helping me... Maybe if they actually do they job of putting stick out correctly things like would not happen and customers would not be upset or insulted by stores!!! Needless to say won't go back!!!! Customer service was a joke until I got firm on what I expected!!!
This place has shoes for all ages. Dress shoes, tennis shoes, boots, crocs, sandals and more. They are priced right and the staff is always friendly and willing to help! There are so many shoes to choose from in all sizes. They also sell socks, hair bows, and other fashion accessories.
Good shoes and great service. Employees very helpful. Shoes are more expensive than like Walmart but the quality is much better as well. Always get treated well when I go in here
I was replacing my nikes and found plenty of New Balance shoes that I liked and was comfortable at affordable prices! Trayvon helped me and was very good and knowledgeable.
