Retail tip: Make the sale. 5 customers in line, 3 employees behind the counter, 1 talking about how her shift is almost over, 1 looking at papers and occasionally looking up at the growing line, and 1 at a register and she showed zero customer interaction. I personally would have just put the shoes down and walked out as another shopper had done but my wife needed to get the shoes.
Good selection of shoes, but when I went to pay was nobody at the cashier. After waiting, here come this girl the cashier with4 or 5 pairs of shoes to put inside of the boxes that was at the cashier. She never said hi or sorry for waiting. I thought she's going to take care of me first but no, she took her time to put all that shoes inside of the boxes like it was nobody waiting there. This is proof that customers are second on this store. At least for this employee.
Great selection, friendly staff. Some brands there is only one sneaker available to try on, I require both. My feet have to test them out. It's a pain to keep asking for the other shoe to try them on, I won't go back . But the employees are nice and explained keeping one sneaker out deters theft. So I do understand but can't shoe shop like that.
This is your average Shoe Dept. Its usually nice and clean. Staff generally seem lethargic and not very helpful. But the shoe selection is usually pretty decent. It's very much a hit or miss place. Sometimes I walk in and find a few items that I like and other times nothing. I will say that the quality of some of the shoes I find there are very questionable. Be sure to take a good look at the shoes you are looking to buy.
Great prices. Need more selection of dress shoes for pre-teens. Size 3-4
My wife was having trouble finding work out shoes that didn't slip off of the back of her heel. Jay recommended NB with cushion. Happy wife

First time there, looking for wide sneakers are a pain , they had plenty of choices. Staff very nice.
I really love the order online option, if the store do not have your size. The manager is nice and pleasant.
