Lots of affordable options to try. The staff was more than happy to help me find what I was looking for and made suggestions on shoes to fit my needs even as they were doing their tasks around the aisles.
The staff was very helpful and cheerful. That in itself made it a pleasant experience. But, I struggle to find shoes that fit. However, the staff made recommendations to help me choose a pair that fit. Thank you for going the extra mile.
Got here to the Wilton Mall location just after 10am and had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to show up and unlock the store while the other employee sat on the bench helpless
Fair prices and was able to get a nice pair of dress shoes for my husband
Great selection of shoes, especially for wide width. Those are hard to come by and they have a large variety of styles. The store was clean and easy to shop around. Staff was attentive and professional. Overall great experience.

Great selection, staff needs to be more attentive to customers, they are kind just too timid. Ask customers if they need help! The store is easily navigated but sizing can be confusing as there are empty boxes and/or wrong sizes in them. Still my fave place to get sneakers and boots.

Not only do they have a wide variety of shoes, the staff was very helpful. I appreciate that they don't overwhelm you when you walk in the door. Whenever I go, they are always available and helpful if I need assistance.
Had an awesome experience. Great staff and so polite! Would’ve been better if an irate heavy set woman named Elizabeth and her cross dressing uncle weren’t berating the staff while actual customers were looking to make purchases. Come to think of it I’ve never seen a bearded man so upset that a store didn’t have high heels in his size.
