I was very impressed with the young lady customer service. She went the extra mile to help me find sneakers for my grandson, however the selection for kids was at a minimum. My advice would be to perhaps do a customer survey to find out what parents are looking for to buy their children such as brand, sizes, etc.
If you work at DHL then you understand how primordial it is to visit this place. I am not sure how that partnership started but I can say that both parties are satisfied. Every employee picks his/her shoes from this place and their customer service and assistance are outstanding. They are friendly and they try their best to keep the place neat.
The young woman working there was very rude. The store needs to conduct proper training and etiquette when talking to customers. It's insane how rude she was.
Found some great shoes for my son here at the last minute. Staff was nice and helpful.
The people are nice and they usually have good sales. If you have kids and they are into sports you would love shopping here. Sometimes it gets crowded and shoes get missed place and out of the boxes but they fix them time to time.
I went to the store to pick up shoes for work DHLand they were on the ball. Had selections out for you to choose from with ease. My size was smaller than usual but they were prepared for that so I got what I needed and I was out the door.
The first time I went there I fell in love with the different shoes I've never seen before and the low prices. I bought three pairs of shoes my first time going in there about a month ago and I went back today and bought three more pair of shoes. This is my new shoe store and I have been telling everyone about it.
Sign on the door says opens at 10am. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot since 10am it’s now 10:30am. There is a rope lock on the outside of the door. So what’s going on at this location. I’ve shopped here in the past and never had any issues. 4 other cars have pulled in and left as I too.
