What a great shoe and clothing boutique. I have purchased several pairs of Naot sandals from Shoe gallery and each time my experience has been wonderful. The staff is helpful and they have high-end inventory. I've taken several of my friends to Shoe gallery and everyone has found something they loved then purchased. Thank you Shoe Gallery for a job well done!!!

I came on here to read the reviews because I was just treated horribly in Shoe Gallery. I went in a few months ago and was hoping it was a one time thing… nope!!! They were just as horrible today! I walked in at 5:45 to quickly look. Not even try on. I was aware they closed at 6. When I walked in the lady tapped at her watch like I was some child. I told her I know and was going to do a lap around the store. I left at 5:54 and she slammed and locked the door behind me. A guy in the parking lot pulled up and tried to get in but the doors were locked at 5:54. I will now only go in to try on shoes and order online. They lost 2 customers today me and the guy trying to get in. Teen workers have better attitudes than these old ladies following me around a shoe store.

Nicest most helpful people. My granddaughter and I had so much fun picking out her dress and shoes for her school dance. Thank you ladies for a perfectly fun afternoon.

Visited this afternoon with my son and husband. Deb was behind the counter and just stared at us as we walked in. She finally said hello. My husband and son went one way and I went another. She literally stared me up and down extremely awkward, followed me for a minute but didn’t ask if I needed help of anything. Then she proceeded to go back to where my husband was and started chatting away offering all the assistance in the world. When I walked over to where they were, she walked away. She was back at the register when we went to check out. She once again stared me up and down and proceeded to only talk to my husband. As he handed her his credit card she made it a point to rub his arm and hand as she took the card from him. The whole situation was awkward and really uncomfortable all around. A group of all women walked in as we were getting ready to walk out and Deb didn’t even acknowledge them. My husband even commented to me in the car how awkward and unprofessional the whole experience was to him.

The customer service is extremely poor. I was not greeted, nor was I offered any assistance. There were two clerks behind the counter discussing their own wardrobes. Neither bothered to even make eye contact.

I won’t be shopping here again, some of the rudest bunch of women I’ve ever encountered. Three of them, including the manager standing around and talking down and name calling another employee who wasn’t present is not professional and not acceptable. I believe “troll” was used. Very high school ladies and should be beneath woman of your age. And heaven help you if you go in too close to 6pm, they will very sharply remind you to get the hell out.

Horrible experience. I am an educated black woman. I wasn't greeted, nor helped. Yet I was followed through out the store. I left and told her that I wouldn't step another foot in this store or recommend it. This is definitely a sundown store during the day time!!!! Beware.........

Very cute store and has great brands but over priced. Several shoes there that I liked were half the price on Amazon. My mom spent $80 on a pair of shoes and then got home and they were $39 online so she was taking them back. Cute stuff just need to check out the prices before purchasing.

This was my first time in and I'm sorry, I won't be back. The shoes were overpriced and I was not greeted, or asked if I needed any help. Sales associates were busy on their cell phones. I prefer brick and mortar shopping but also expect good customer service.
