The manager of this store Jon was incredibly knowledgeable and kind when he helped me find orthotics to provide me better support while working. I will definitely be revisiting soon and will recommend my coworkers work with him as well! His commitment to helping others is very apparent.
The service here is wonderful, lots of quality comfort shoes available. If you have wide or narrow feet/need supportive well made shoes, check them out.
Of course masks are required as well as the 6-Feet Social Distancing rule, which is made easy with marks on the floor. In need of new work shoes I took the recommendation from a local clothes store to try the Shoe Mill. The Bridgeport location is easy and convenient from the Bull Mountain area of Tigard. I was looking for slip-resistant water impermeable slip-on shoes great for a lot of standing and moving, ideal for a healthcare setting. The customer care I received was tops. And I chose between four brands and found an incredible pair of shoes at an excellent value. It’s great to know it supports a company local to the PNW as well.

Great experience! And a great selection of sandals and running/walking shoes! A few weeks ago I called this store to ask about shoes for a foot problem I was having...I spoke with the manager, Joseph Fairbanks, who was really helpful, kind, and professional...when I got to the store, he had already picked out 2 shoes he thought would be good in addition to having the shoes I'd asked for ready to try. I ended up buying a completely different pair after trying on a few brands...love my Hoka shoes! And inserts! Even though I took forever trying and deciding on the shoes...Joseph was knowledgeable and laid back...answering my million questions patiently and never pushed me to make a decision right away or to buy a more expensive brand...in fact, he kept showing me items on sale and tried to help me find shoes that fit my budget! Thanks Joseph!
Really helpful personal service. I just stopped by the store when I was passing through town, because they had a pair of walking shoes I had found on the Internet and was interested in. It turned out the shoes were in the warehouse, and they had to arrange to mail them to me. They did this, and gave me a great sale price, and I’ve been wearing the shoes just about every day for the past 10 months. Great shoes, great service.
Super friendly and helpful staff! After having some lackluster help at some other shoes store at Bridgeport we stumbled into Shoe Mill and were very pleasantly surprised! The staff were warm and very knowledgeable about their products and finding the right fit for what we needed. Highly recommend a visit!! And good prices too.
Friendly service, great selection too. Also employee took the time to ask questions to help determine the best shoe for my needs, as well as brought out alternative styles and sizes all at once for me to try.

I've done business with these people for years, since I have a neuroma in my foot and without corrective insoles I would be unable to walk long distances. They have always found the right shoe and insole for me. Not cheap, of course, but as my dad always used to say "don't try to save money on shoes or a bed, you'll spend your life in one or the other." Worth the money for staff who know what they are doing.
