Shoe-Nami

i’ve been here about twice, haven’t had any issues. I just brought four pairs of shoes for 40 bucks this week from here at ShoeNami. The sale is buy two get two free, and it had my size in everything. The shoes were also pretty, it wasn’t shoes that looked as if it NEEDED to be on sale. There were pretty sandals, and heels! I left happy, and I wore all 4 pairs, on my trip. Everything was okay, bit uncomfortable…but they weren’t expensive. If they keep up with these deals, they will forever see me!

I was looking for ballerina flats and they didn't have one pair out of all of the shoes they sell I was very disappointed

Shoes are in style and shipping is good. There was a small misunderstanding and there customer service is amazing. They replied quickly and resolved the issue the best they could. I got a bit frustrated and there representative stated respectful even though at the end of the day I was the one wrong I love all of my shoes and I recommend Shoe Nami 100%

I walk in and all of the employees have their eyes glued to their phones. I don't expect to be pampered, but I'd expect at least ONE of the two employees to look alert in case a customer needs help or someone is trying to shoplift. After a thorough walk through the whole store, I got no attention from the employees even though I was the only customer in there, so I left.

Paid for a pair of wedges...... They broke the first time I wore them. Bought them back the day after and was told that because I wore them, they would not exchange or take them back unless they were on a "defect" list. Shady dealers who have unfair business practices. Sells defective shoes and refuses to exchange or refund. Buy your shoes someplace with reputable business practices.

So i was going to get stuff for my sister, noticed that she didnt have a bathingsuit and we're about to go swimming, so I went to get bathingsuits in the isle. I saw there were so many beautiful bathing suits! There was one i loved the most so I got it.

Reasonable prices on trendy shoes. The downside is that they never seem to have my size in the shoes I like 8 1/2 or 9.
