I brought in a couple pairs of Christian Louboutins. The man assured me, that they did at least one pair a month. However, the results did not show experience with these shoes. The bottoms where more-or-less butchered and the sides looked messy. I’m including pictures. This was so hard to see done to $1500 worth of shoes. I would have been better to let the soles wear out and repaint them myself.
Didn't seem interested in my business. Wanted to get a zipper repaired. Their website clearly states they can repair zippers and any good cobbler should be able. When asked I was advised "Cannot repair zippers. Only completely replace." Will look to take and recommend my business elsewhere.
Had him fix my boot had it back a week now and what he fixed it broke
Paul and his crew were amazing. I took my favorite boots which I hadn’t worn in two years to have the soles replaced. Amazing turnaround and amazing customer experience. Thank you so much!
Called and got an appointment necessary due to covid-19. Paul was prompt, friendly and efficient. Sewed two open seams on my boot in 5 minutes. Also kindly educated me concerning sole replacement while we chatted as he worked. Price was more than reasonable. The experience reminded me of going to shops like this as a boy with my father. I will return for a resoling before next winter. Thanks Paul. Stay safe.
Favorite jacket needed a new zipper, teeth wouldn't align. Thought it would have to be stitched out and in but Paul who was great and very nice took his tool and fixed it within 5 minutes of me being there. Good price point. Would highly recommend. Now I have my favorite jacket back. Thanks Paul!!!
