Great selection, excellent customer service
Upon entering the store I noticed the lack of music, organization of shoes, and lackluster service. I was able to manage to find a pair of shoes that I was looking for however they only came in “wide“ so my chances of getting a normal shoe were dashed. I bought the shoes found out they’re too big for me even though the clerk reassured me that some people don’t see the difference in wide and regular and I am unable to return them since I use them once. Good luck going if you wish to use this store.
Terrible experience, the customer service at this location is atrocious. I bought a pair of boots online, I received them in less than a week which was nice. But the boots were the wrong size when I tried them on. All I wanted was exchange them for the right size and they didn't want to take them because there was "carpet fiber" on the bottom of the boot. After discussing it with clerk I managed to get a refund. But they said it was out of courtesy..... Yeah no! I'm the customer the courtesy that's going on is me spending my money to do business, you as the product provider are not giving me squat! I'm the money spender I'm the customer and I expect you to make my experience worth while, it is not the other way around. I will never do business here again or another location, to others out there save your money and and go somewhere else and pay a little extra.
Got a pair of shoes at another location and brought them home in time to realize they were damaged. The manager at this store was super awesome about ordering in a new pair for me and had it for me to exchange by the following day! Very positive experience and very pleased by the customer service at this store!
Not my first pick when I want to go shoe shopping. This store is tiny and has a very limited selection. The staff is okay, and what they do have is good, but there's just not a big selection. The aisles are cramped as a result of being in such a small building, so it's less enjoyable to shop.
Nice shoes,lots of variety. Work boots to casual. Big selection.
It's been over a year sense I've shopped here, the store is clean & workers a friendly. Prices are reasonable.
Stood outside of the store for 20 mins this morning. No body unlocked the door. I saw the employee enter right before opening. I waited for 2 minutes in my car and when the employee saw me approach the store, she locked the door and disappeared into the back.
Small but not a bad selection and only did not have anyone trying to assist in finding what I needed.
