Wheelchair accesible , automatic push button openers at major mall entrances , no Wi-Fi clean no obvious pandemic precautions . Everybody got shoes ,sandals ,boots socks or something foot related , it’s a mandatory part of mall crawl routine after getting my favorite coffee large creme brûlée @ pampered palate I could shoot and drink all the action . I am the Ken Burns of the family document everyone happy to sad . They also sell some bags and backpacks and occasional shirt , they do have pepper spray for runners but I suggest you don’t use it on there feet , should you have to .has lots of styles in inventory from plain white or black to some pretty awesome Tie dye sneakers and crocs . There’s a “hippy trapped in me somewhere “ my parents where pretty square so a second coming of tie dye has been most welcome to me .
Favorite shoe store and location hands down. Their selection for women's shoes is amazing. Anything from sandals to Tennis shoes to strappy dress shoes or Boots you'll find what your looking for here. Always have my size and always run sales. I never leave this store without at least 2 pairs of shoes for which you would pay double anywhere else. Staff is friendly. They carry tons of name brands and again prices are very good. I like all Shoe Depts but this is their best location by far.
I understand you are working on commission, but don’t stare at me or follow me. It makes me, and I’m sure a few others, uncomfortable. I felt like I was doing something wrong by looking at the shoes. The associate was so eager to get the sale that she almost took the shoes my daughter walked in there wearing already. Not to mention someone had already started assisting me but this associate wasn’t trying to hear what I was saying. I was so frustrated that I left 5 pairs of shoes behind and went to Journeys.
Do not go here if you will require assistance. At the moment there are 4 clerks here and none could be bothered to help us. We were, however, watched constantly. I have a prosthetic that I was trying to find a shoe for so I guess they could watch but not help. Very disappointed
The Shoe Dept has been my go to spot the last few years. I do a lot of running and the right shoes are important. The Shoe Dept has one of the best selections in town for everyday, workout and dress shoes. The staff is very helpful, showing me some new options I hadn't considered from Under Armor and Sketchers. In the end the store manager Dean or Dan talked about his Asics that he wears all the time. I've had pretty good luck with Asics and found the right fit. Thank You Shoe Dept for being so helpful not just for myself but the other costumers that were in the store during my visit Some older and some younger but all left happy
Worst customer service ever!!! I've worked customer service my whole life and these people are unbelievable! I wasn't allowed to try on both sneakers, I wasn't given a reason. I wore them once and they cut me so bad that a week and a half later I still can't wear anything other than my crocs! I cannot exchange them. There more.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. I've always loved this place!
Normally I find what I need here This time had to order online but the salesman did it for me much faster than I could. Pretty good selection alot of different brands worth going to.
I will say the down side first.. it took so long to get my shoes. Everyone in line this day was getting moody. It took so long. I started the line and almost a half hour later they were still helping me. I ended up with a discount and rainbows because the boots I chose had no matching boot. ? Otherwise I have been here very many times for multiple brands styles and have been happy each time. Thanks for all the time and maybe find a new system to finding the shoes. Walking back a d forth was time killing. Keep people back in back finding shoes. Sorting. Too.
