Dr. Shonengold has a great personality and makes you feel at ease in his presence... He's very thorough and respectful to your needs and recommendations concerning your care. I highly recommend this Urologist!
Well,i usually make early appointments to see my urologist Dr.Stuart Shoengold.The front desk people and his assistant are very efficient in what they do.Check the good doctor out,you’ll be glad you did.I’ve been seeing Dr.Shoengold for years and is extremely happy with him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sheingold for over 20 years. He is excellent in all respects. I actually believe he is more concerned with my health than I am. I highly recommend him.
Still waiting on a call back from Dr. Shoengold. Still waiting on a call back from billing. I paid for the surgery and the doctors services upfront and I am still getting bills. I can never get anyone to call me back. I believe they screwed up my first surgery because they only put in a stent and didnt attemp to blast. The second surgery they where only able to get out half the stone, saying the rest is stuck in my ureter. I need a 3rd and possibly a 4th surgery. I never got a good explanation as to why they didn't blast the first time even though it never moved. I have been in non-stop pain since late spetember whether it's the stone or the stent I have no idea. I work and go to school , I have no choice, but no one should be living in daily pain.

I believe that Dr. Stuart Shoengold is the best of the best. I will advise anyone to contact him for any urological problems, and he has a great team that 's working with him.
The office staffs were very professional. The Dr. was empathetic and clearly communicate all my treatment options . He shared with me what the planned treatment is. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Shoengold because I trust him. He is very good at what he does. An excellent doctor.
Extremely unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and hung up on me because they changed my appointment time. They tried to sneak it in a voice message and I called at the beginning of the week and asked why it was changed. They then said ok come at the original time and then just tried to reconfirm for the new time again. When they told me the new time again I explained that that time never worked for me and I would have never agreed to it and then they just hung up on me. I wouldn’t accept this level of treatment from a Taco Bell let alone a doctors office and who is going to be managing my health and my private health information.
The staff is very polite. Since I have been getting the monthly treatment for quite a while, the staff knows me. They are friendly and caring.
