Hmmmm. Really difficult to assess.....owner appears to have a pretty standard approach...looks at your stance...suggests a pair of New Balance tennis shoes at double the average retail then pushes a pair of arch supports at almost triple the average retail and sends you on your way.... same approach for me and my employee earlier in the year...$225.00 and my feet still ache the same way...guy seemed preoccupied and disinterested....won't be able to go back....same things I've tried...might consider a podiatrist before dropping $200 plus!
Wonderful people work here. So kind, so helpful, very patient when it comes to us figuring out what shoe fits the best. Very knowledgeable about foot problems and what type of shoe can be the best one for what type of foot problem you have. They are great quality shoes. Shoes that can be fitted to your foot for your comfort. I have a bad pinky toe due to shoes being to snug...she fitted me with a pair of shoes and I've never felt better in a shoe before. Definitely recommend this place if you have any feet issues or discomfort with shoes. Prices are a bit expensive...but you're paying for a good quality shoe that will give you comfort and not a doctor bill down the road... best choice I've made to come here.
I visited the store 5/15/2021. Everyone there gave excellent advice and listened closely to my foot concerns. I spent time working with the associates and I listened carefully to their suggestions and expertise and knowledge. With their help I feel I made a very wise decision about what products I would benefit from with my foot concerns. My feet love my new shoes and insoles. I would like to thank everyone for helping me as a customer. Great experience and I will be a return customer. Thank you all for your knowledge.

Roland the owner of januzzis is the most arrogant person I've ever met.. He is rude and obnoxious. I find his store to actually be dirt as well If you need custom inserts for your shoes do to diabetes or other reasons make sure you visit Sarah's next door. Her staff will treat you with respect because they are professionals. They make the inserts that januzzi's puts in your shoes anyway. But you don't have to go to januzzi's to get them. you can go straight to Sarah
Beware. We have met. And you were very rude. Just look at the comments. There’s no reason to talk to you. That’s what reviews on here are for. To let people know that if you go to this store, there’s a better than zero chance the owner will be rude.
Bought a pair last week along with expensive inserts and my feet hurt worse than before, and I didn't think that was possible. And being that I work in a warehouse, they showed wear within a few days so they're unreturnable. Expensive lesson. Silver lining, I know my true shoe size. Good shoes and service, just be prepared to not be able to wear them anywhere but your home until you've made your final decision on your choice of shoes, as well as with different inserts, I've since changed the inserts and feet are better now. I would still recommend them .
This store is a specialty shoe store that caters to elderly, disabled, and people with diabetes. They have quite a selection and work hard to find just the right shoe for each customer, and will spend as much time as necessary for each customer. However, the shoes are very expensive. Much more pricey than the same shoe at other stores. And, the owners wife is pushy, rude and borders on being a bully. She has no issue being rude to customers and actually spent 15 minutes arguing with me simply because I decided that a shoe she thought I should buy - wasn't going to work for me. I would be quite hesitant to purchase shoes there, simply because of her rudeness. UPDATE 7.16.18: The "attitude" in the response to my post - by the shoe store is a true portrait of what I experienced at the store but not an entirely true description. Their words speak volumes!
If you wanted to make a comment to your wife or whoever you were speaking to, it should have been done in private not where it could have been overhead by me or anyone else. I didn't realize there was a similar business right next door, I will take my business there. Thanks
AWESOME! My wife met Roland and he is so Professional! We got a pair of shoes and she didn't want to take them off to go to bed! They felt "So Wonderful " she said as she had tears in her eyes! She had them on for 7 hours and was walking all over the place! She usually only walks a few feet and she's in alot of pain! Roland, you and your shoes, are MAGICAL!!! Thank You!
