The goal of Shomrei Emunah Preschool is to provide a positive and nurturing early childhood experience for children and their families.
Guided by Jewish values, our curriculum, classrooms, and staff reflect the idea that each child should be educated in a unique way to both challenge and stimulate creative and intellectual growth. Our staff models and encourages the development of independence and the importance of kindness and respect for all.
Using an integrated curriculum, we create intentional and authentic learning experiences for our children, seamlessly combining literacy with early math skills, science with Jewish holidays, art with the natural world. Learning is presented in a joyous manner, where teachers see children as capable partners in learning. We recognize the individual needs of each of our students and view teaching as a way to inspire a child and ignite a sense of wonder in our families too.
By exposing our students to authentic and intentional approaches to teaching and learning, our children are encouraged to explore and express themselves through language, movement, the arts, play, and more.
