I had a lot of questions regarding my prescription, lens options, and what the cost for everything would be. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions and never seemed bothered when I re-asked the same question for clarification. The eye doctor I saw, Kristen Dorman, was very friendly. She also discussed the importance of why I SHOULD have a back up pair of glasses along with my contacts, even though I only wanted contacts. I really appreciate when a professional makes sure I know why they are recommending something. I was very satisfied with the staff's ability to give me quality recommendations in what would be the best to meet my vision needs as well as a cost effective alternative when I expressed a concern in keeping my out of pocket cost down. I felt the staff really cared in ensuring they provided me with the best service and information of the best products.

I was impressed with the entire experience from exam to frame selection. Each employee was helpful at all stages of the process. I am very happy with the final outcome and will definitely choose Shopko Optical - Mequon WI for our future eye care needs!

I was very comfortable with the optometrist Bryce Boente. He was very attentive and listened to all my concerns with a smile. I feel he gave me the best advice with the insurance I have, and helped me to get a second pair of glasses 50% off. The staff on hand helped me pick out the frames that best suited me. I have to admit I was a lingerer. lol by the end of my appointment I felt I was where I belonged. I ended up scheduling a second appointment for new contacts. thank you Shopko Optical.

I had a issue with my insurance and jen and Alysa were top notch they went above and beyond customer service  if I could give 10 stars i would give it I highly recommend them !!

I had some out-of-the-ordinary issues with my vision this time and the optometrist was able to address them. I'm always happy with my Shopko Optical experience.

My eye exam and the process of ordering contacts was made enjoyable and easy thanks to the staff at this location. Jen was super amazing and made sure that the tests were quick and painless. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future services.

I had a prescription from my ophthalmologist so I just walked in the front door intending to buy my first pair of glasses in 30 years. I had an incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic optician named Jen. These glasses were going to be expensive due to the lenses but she helped me get the most out of my insurance and co-pay. She was pleasant, liked her job, knew what she was doing in all aspects and I felt really good coming out if there.

Great experience.  The tests didn’t take long.  The Dr. Was very nice and the woman who helped me in front was very nice and helpful when it came to letting me know what was covered by insurance and what wasn’t!  Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the pricing, the lack of men’s frames, and I’m still waiting on receiving them!

Great Friendly service, employees are very helpful, and quality glasses and lenses.  However they may not listen as well as I'd like.  I was asked if I wanted blue light filtering and I said no I don't need it, I use blue light filters on screens in the afternoon.  Unfortunately they added in blue light filtering anyway at a large cost and now I'm stuck with life being a yellow tinge instead of happier vibrant colors until I can get these replaced next time my insurance allows.

Great experience! Staff and Optometrist were very nice and professional. Quick service as my new glasses came in less than a week. Highly recommend!
