Very thorough, efficient and timely. I was in and out and taken very good care of.They Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was a little late because my GPS sent me in the wrong direction, however they still accommodated me and, Allowed me to see the doctor even though I was not on time and they were very busy. They made me feel very at ease over the whole situation. My glasses got here in a timely manner, And they were just exactly what I was expecting and were earlier than expected. The only drawback to the whole situation was being a Medicaid customer The choice of frames was very limited. but other than that On the 1 to 10 scale I would definitely say there a 10 in my book, Thank you!
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff here and very speedy service. Frame prices are comparable and they have a super wide range of options. They also harbor no hard feelings if you choose to just take the RX and get the glasses elsewhere. I will return here for my next eye exam, whenever that may be!
Friendly and professional staff, knowledgeable Doc and staff. Great prices and they stand behind their products. I have been a patient/customer for years because they are simply better than the rest. AND I have no problems with the quality of the new lenses.
I was very happy with my experience, they were so helpful and kind with my 5 year old daughter. Then when I had to call regarding a warranty, Naomi, was so incredibly helpful and made what I thought was going to be a bad day into an excellent day! I will recommend this location to anyone who asks. Thanks Shopko!!
Had made the appointment thinking the dr was in network, they had called me another time when I had scheduled an appointment with an out of network dr. Then when they told me the total of my bill for my glasses it was $700 and some change!! No one can afford that! Also as I was sitting there waiting for my appointment the staff was yelling at each other across the office. One was complaining on how they couldn’t get an insurance claim to go through. Felt they where very unprofessional.
The Doc was great. My prescription changed just a little. My Oakley Frames are awesome the dude helped me with. Awesome place to get glasses.
Shopko Optical accepts Medicaid but they had a really pathetic variety of glasses available for Medicaid purchase. AND it is apparently their policy to provide Medicaid glasses with absolutely no extra options even if you are prepared to pay for those extras out of your pocket. The only way you can get transition lenses or no line bifocals is to order your Medicaid plain glasses and then to order a second pair of Shopko glasses. Even at a sale rate, people on Medicaid probably don’t have an extra 4-5 hundred dollars. We went to Barnett Optical, had 10x the stock to choose from, got exactly what was wanted, paid the copays and after Medicaid paid had a cost of $76.00. Won’t return to Shopko. Also, the woman who helped us was SO busy talking over us that it was incredibly irritating.
Cannot say enough good things about this office... Going on 13 years of awesome service and it gets better every. Thanks to the awesome office crew for taking taking care of us...
The staff was amazingly friendly! They were very professional and kind. My appointment was prompt and concise. It was a great experience!
These guys have been my go to for 10+ years... Patty and Aldrin have been so good to me and my kids for all these years.. Such a blessing.... Just like family....
