They used to have excellent customer service. I have been using this pharmacy for the past 5 years and service was always great! There has been a change in pharmacist/management and service has been horrendous in the last 2 months.  I call & leave messages for refills, but no one calls back and on several occasions I have run out of meds. I always go out of my way to work with small businesses but I have no choice but to leave Shopper Pharmacy and go elsewhere.

I saw a post on Facebook that Shoppers Pharmacy had at home testing kits. I was recently in the presence of someone who tested positive and inquired if they delivered. I asked if they would consider delivering me a kit because my car wasn't working and they graciously said yes. They saved me so much time, annoyance and trouble. They delivered it within hours. I will absolutely go to them in the future for my needs. Definitely try them out!

Shoppers Pharmacy is the best around. They always have what you need. They provide excellent customer service and free delivery if you can’t get there yourself. Best thing I ever did was moving my prescriptions there. Thanks for all your help Samantha.

Shoppers pharmacy is amazing, free delivery, always has my scripts ready and waiting. The owners are very personal, know you by name as soon as you walk in. Love the mom and pop atmosphere.

Shoppers Pharmacy is like the old school not chain pharmacies! I walk in. They know my name! They are there to assist me in whatever I need. If in a pinch you can get your prescription delivered. Highly recommend it to family and friends!

Shoppers Pharmacy is very clean and welcoming. Everyone greets you with a smile. Samantha is a sweetheart and answers every question i have. i highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Extremely friendly service! I even just called to refill my medication and she said “oh! I already filled it this morning!” I usually call and then they fill it so I was surprised and it made me super happy. After my first visit, they knew me every time I came in. It’s nice!

I had to find a new pharmacy because the one I had been using for a long time Wayne Pharmacy-Kinnelon had to close due to COVID-19, so I called Shoppers & was welcomed with Open arms & no issues. The pharmacist even called to have all of my medications transferred too. Absolutely Amazing Customer service & super friendly staff.
