I really like this location, but I was disappointed when I was looking for a ham yesterday and saw the condition of this ham available to customers. Shame on the butcher and the managers that put this out for sale. It actually belongs in the garbage.
Store is great, customer service not good, front end management Alison has an attitude problem, with customers and employees, one thing when you a manager you show respect get get respect!!!
Meat section horrible nothing like the ShopRite in Mahwah. Different owners and you can definitely tell the difference.
This Monroe, NY Location is very conveniently located on 17M and I shop there when I need something in a hurry. Unfortunately, for the third time in a row, their organic produce was moldy and had to be returned. Myself and others have complained to whoever was the manager at the time - to no avail. Either the refrigerator is not working properly or the more likely - a bad batch of expired or expiring produce is being sold. Needless to say, if you're looking for fresh produce, seek elsewhere.
Big beautiful and clean store. The manager Jack is friendly, helpful and professional. The store opens at 6 am everyday. It has a great selection in all departments. Of course like any store you have know your prices. They do have good specials. You can order deli on line and pickup at the store, Wednesdays they have specials on sushi which is always fresh, and fresh produce, etc. I enjoy looking at the items behind the WOW signs and occasionally picking up the item even when it's not on my list. I walk the store at least every other month to checkout the "NEW" items.
I AM BEYOND DISSAPOINTED!! For the past 7 years I've ordered my cakes from shoprite. This shoprite, I've been ordering from for 2 years. VERY SADLY, for them to take part in FOOD "shortaging" by REPLACING CAKE with MOSTLY ICING and FILLING. I purchased the 10 inch round, paid 40+ for it and at least half is filling! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING!! ZERO STARS
ShopRite of Monroe is awesome. They have a great selection of groceries snacks at the deli chicken sushi and all different kinds of fish at the fish market area I feel so safe there they put arrows on the floor for us to follow on the right direction so we can keep social distancing and the best part is that we get the weight online one big line for everybody that's the best part. I recommend going to ShopRite for all your grocery needs and food needs because the help there is so friendly and kind.
AWSOM great environment, great customer service and the place is so neat and clean and the shelves are very well stocked
