Needs some TLC, but not bad to go. I wish they could find good tenants for all locations.
They are priced the same as the newer Chantilly AMC, though a MUCH older facility. Once the house lights were raised in theater 3 to the left past the inert second concession area, you could see a fair amount of water damage at the ceiling/ wall line.This makes you wonder about the general building upkeep and possible risk to ones health. It is centrally located in a nice looking shopping center line that includes several restaurants and is just off the corner intersection of Taylor and Vaughn behind Hardees and a bank. Seems the ropes are not needed during matinees and there is no clear direction from signage or employees as to were you should actually proceed to purchase your tickets, verses order concessions, equivalent to arriving at a 4 way stop when everyone gets there at the same time.
Yep! As you well read in other reviews, all is good but the lack of TLC shows, that’s all, but the people are super nice, their service is very good, food is good too, specially the PIZZA!
If you're in the area check out the comic book store, watch a movie, get your nails done, or go get boba. Personally I recommend the Tea Town boba shop.

Went to see a movie at the AMC theater and the parking lot was very clean staff was nice and over all a pretty decent place.
I enjoyed the movie . But the facility was very very Dirty Filty .The Bathroom Dirty and nasty Toilet paper was all over the floor very gross. I will not be recommending AMC festival theater to anyone are bringing my family again . My Score is a 0 out of 10 My answer is CLEAN UP
AMC movies. Treated myself to a movies. The time was peaceful. We parent had a 7 year in there that will not seat down nor stop talking. But over all, I enjoyed the movie. Halloween Ends
You can tell the movie theatre has been closed for sometime. The rooms smell of mold/mildew and several of the ceiling tiles are weighted and brown with water/stains. The staff was all still very pleasant and the food/drinks were very good.
I really enjoy going to the matinee hours at this movie theater. The prices of the movies are awesome. The food is a little pricey but the quality is pretty good. I do hate that they changed the cheese on the nachos because now this cheese sucks. I do like the Gourmet caramel popcorn that has been added to the menu. I also think that this theater should mop the theater floors as well as clean the theater seats, and some of those seats need repairing. Other than that I enjoyed my visit and I enjoy the staff there.
