Poor grades for the owner and BJ the unpredictable manager. The cable rarely worked, and my request for repairs went unanswered for weeks. Before I left I requested the manager BJ to inspect my room while I was there as I feared she would keep my $100 deposit. She refused to meet me and inspect the room while I was there. I left the room cleaned to perfection even had other tenants witness the my room and never got my deposit. Be wary!
Rented a room on a monthly basis as I was homeless and only this place was the only place available I could afford on my disability income. The room had mice, bees, hot water smelled like raw sewage, cold water like rotten eggs. Had to buy my own shower curtain, mice traps, bug spray and other items. There is abundance of drug activity and law enforcement is there on a regular basis. Finally was forced to move due to people in connecting room yelling profanity day and night that wasn't addressed properly. No wifi available as advertised, cable television out for weeks at a time. Paid for a month, forced to move after two weeks, they won't return the other two weeks I paid for and wasn't there. So now seeking legal action. I would not stay here! This place should be condemned. I'm a disabled VietNam veteran and now homeless in the middle of winter.
They honestly don't want me to describe my experience they would have very very few customers if I went into detail about this place all I am going to say as you pay for what you get and that is a prime example if you go here you will see I mean people you know who you are that feel at home in places like this I mean heck it could be nice for some people who am I to judge
I can't describe my stay because they won't answer the phone come on.....
The manager, Billy jo, very kind and very helpful. She made my stay very pleasant.
