Great service, food was okay. I felt it was a bit pricey for what you got. I got the prawns and fries. My bf for the burger special.Food: 4/5

Server tonight was either high, or incompetent, or both. After sitting for ten minutes without being greeted, we had to walk to the kitchen to ask the server to serve us. We had been traveling all day and my young son was hungry. She had four other tables - not busy. She just either didn’t care, or didn’t care to notice us. We had to ask three times for our drink order. She told us we didn’t order it the first time around. Who tells a customer they’re wrong?!! The salad was served with the wrong dressing and it took several more minutes to get the correct one. The steak ordered medium rare was delivered well done. The vegetable medley was obviously from a cheap frozen bag and inedible. We were not approached once after the meal was delivered, or asked how the meal was until after we had paid. She never once apologized for anything. We had to flag her down for everything we needed, including the bill, and then she walked away from us while we were asking for it! $100 for dinner should be a much more enjoyable experience. We would have tipped 20-25% if we had been even decently taken care of. It’s obvious this establishment puts no emphasis on proper hiring or training. It looks like the locals in the bar were well taken care of and happy but it seems that vacationing patrons are not respected at all. Unacceptable. Will never return.

Really disappointed in my experience. I was excited to enjoy a nice breakfast with a view. I sat inside & waited over 15 minutes for someone to bring water. After 25 more minutes of waiting & not being asked my food order I decided to leave. I flagged down a server & he told me it would be 2 more minutes, never happened. I understand they are understaffed, but the place was far from busy for a Sunday morning. Very good potential, but not sure if I’ll be back.

6 of us. The waitress was new her first day. No training. Forgot 2 orders, 2 orders were wrong. We shared two meals with the ones that didn't get theirs. I asked if she could put in the missing orders. 7:30. She said the kitchen closes at 8 pm, so no. We go there a lot but really not sure I'll be back . Waitress should not have been left on her own her first day. She was totally overwhelmed. Potato shins were over cooked and cold. Oysters were over cooked on the outside and not cooked on the inside.

Food,Was good ... the food was delicious, and very good coffee .. But the waiter was not happy and not friendly, I understand everything happens in life, maybe she had a bad morning .. all we asked her was to add bacon to vege Benedict. but she made a face as if she would have to get bacon in the middle of the bay with her bare hands ..

This was my first time eating at this restaurant, it's a very comfortable/nice atmosphere and the food was phenomenal. Our waitress was on top of everything our entire dining experience 10/10 would recommend if you are if you are visiting the area.Food: 5/5

The service and atmosphere is great! Good music all the time and ample room. The food is generally great, unfortunately this trip was another story. I typically order the fish n chips this time I ventured for the Captains platter. The cod/halibut/fries were great, but oysters were refrigerator cold , not sitting under a warmer cold. I mentioned to the server to give the cook a heads up, I did not request a replacement as it was the end of the meal by the time I had a chance to let someone know. I also wasn't offered any discount, the waitress was apologetic. Hopefully they get it sorted and it was a fluke. I really enjoy the place. So I'll give them another shot. On a side note, we also tried the clam chowder and blackened halibut, those were PERFECT!

Good place for coffee & a casual meal. Fabulous staff & excellent service. We were there for a long delayed BFF, leisurely visit. The staff did not rush us out, early, rainy Friday, not busy & they were sweet. We both had the Veggie Eggs Benedict & while we didn't expect 5 star food, they were fine. However, the english muffins were not toasted & buttered enough, so the fresh tomato slice made it soggy right away. Perhaps a hot, grilled tomato would be a more appropriate choice. Grilled onions would also be a flavorful addition. The sweet staff & quiet atmosphere made it a great place to have a visit.

i wont reccomend this place. i ordered fish and chips and the fries were soggy, greasy,undercooked, and the 2 little cod fish pieces were rubbery. Not worth what we payed. after i complained the waitress replaced the fries with okay one. theres a lot of bugs and fruit flies while we are eating that bothers me a lot. i hope they will fix their price online to match what they have at the restaurant.

We enjoyed a weekend breakfast here before heading home. The service is great and the food was perfect. There are a lot of screens for watching sports, so a good place to taken the game.Food: 5/5
