I purchased an investment property. My mistake for assuming the realtor had all the numbers right. Long story short, I was shorted $900 in closing costs and asked that an agreement form be signed prior to closing. The realtor made excuses why is was not complete but informed that they would continue to work on it. I contacted them a week after the closing and the response was too late papers are signed, don't contact me. Be careful for swindling agents with the company. At the end of the day I should have double checked the realtors work instead of assuming what they did was correct. Lesson learned.
