This is more than just a training gym it is a community that encourages people to better themselves through the art of Muay Thai. It is not a walk in gym, there is a beginner series to complete before you before you can enroll into regular classes. The beginner series is for people new to martial arts or just new to the gym. It prepares people for safety when training, respect of the martial art and gym etiquette. We have people that train for exercise and for fights.
One of the best experiences doing something new and exciting and met a lot of amazing people along the way. HIGHLY recommended for the workout, good vibes, high energy, and comrardery. I'll love this place forever.
I came to town for a few weeks for work. Coach Jackie worked with me and broke things down in a way I could apply the concepts as well as how to execute correctly. Great gym. If you're looking for a place to train with a great atmosphere reach out to these guys
Amazing place for anyone interested in a fun workout, learning a new skill/ art form, or getting in the ring to fight. All levels of students work together to get better than yesterday, regardless of their skill or personal goals. The community here is welcoming and supportive, full of respect and humility. No one who goes here more than a year is left unchanged- physically, spiritually, emotionally. There is no Muay Thai gym like this one.

First day of beginner class during COVID, it was great. Instructors were very helpful and engaging in learning the basics of Muay Thai. Enough space for other participants to learn on their own. Looking forward to completing th beginner class.
I don't know what the word count is here. I'm definitely gonna ramble... It's hard to exactly put into words the good feeling of a sore body coming out of an experience like this. There's a sense of goal setting and accomplishment, hard work, perseverance, maaan just all the good stuff that makes you feel good to be in this vehicle we call our bodies. Tonight wraps up 8 classes of the January 2022 beginner class. I only missed one and I'm still bummed about it.. You're in this raw space to be seen, to be heard, to struggle, to challenge and accomplish. And the camaraderie built between what was 20 minutes ago a stranger is so dang thick it'll smack you in the face. You just sweat, moved, pushed, jumped, kicked, punched... In a way you have just put your body through a whirlwind of movement with someone else. You might've suffered a bit, but you suffered together, and that binds you in a way. I won't lie, my rhythm can be a little awkward, I'm not the best dancer and dancing the strong dance of fighting takes patience for sure...but let me say, from the people you meet learning these movements, to the incredible instructors they have to help guide you and teach you, you are going to sweat, and you are going to have fun. Thank you S.N.M.T. for inspiring me to move.
I visited from Canada- it was an amazing pad-work session led by Kru Hope. A tone of tradition, respect and comradery was existant in the dojo..I felt very welcomed! Kru referenced personal experiences in the ring when explaining techniques. I partnered with another instructor Nick, he had good power. It was a pleasure and I was honoured.
No egos all heart and soul! All walks of life excepted and embraced. It’s a beautiful community and the most positive environment to train in. On top of all that they are dedicated talented fighters with an amazing Muay Thai lineage.
Amazing place. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. I highly recommend this gym for anyone interested in Muay Thai, getting in shape, or being part of a great community.
