Absolute incompetence and unreliable bus service. If they are planning to change the service, they should update their website before changing or send the notification to their riders. Bus driver doesn't know what's going on and customer service is hard to reach.
Although they only use the park and ride section of the Short Line Station it's very good it's clean it's quiet and your vehicle is safe being parked there or your way never had any problems been doing this for months now
Pretty good experience. They took cash to get into NYC but you need to buy a ticket to get back. Driver was professional.
Didn't like that they are not open inside to the public
The bus service here is 99% reliable. There was only one or two occasions when my wife was delayed, but it was during the afternoon. The early morning service is surely a well-oiled machine that runs like clockwork. It is best to get here early especially if you are traveling to the City That means NYC just in case you did not know :
Even tho the station inside is closed you can pay the driver in cash before boarding if you dont have a credit card to go online or call to purchese your ticket. There doing everything they can to accommodate people with covid to keep everyone safe. You MUST have a face mask to board or they will Not allow you to board the bus !!!
It's a bus terminal. Not much to say. The staff here is do look engaging and friendly. Yes, that was sarcasm. When they are there, and not out on a "Break", they see serving you as an aggravating interruption in their day. They forget the reason that they are there...to serve customers...thus the phrase customer service rep.
New parking lot with plenty of spaces out back. Building has a few cash-only vending machines, a small amount of inside seating, and clean bathrooms. Free WiFi is provided in the building so you don't have to use your data while waiting for your bus. No ticket machines, so you have to use the counter to purchase a ticket, which can be bad since the building opens after some morning buses have come and gone. For purchasing a ticket, the only credit cards they accept are MasterCard or Visa.
Our flight arrived into Newburg airport on time. Ye bus schedule is supposed to sync up with the flight schedule. We sat on a bus without a driver for two hours. No one could tell us what was going on. They said our driver was on the way. When I asked how far away that person was I was told they were somewhere between Manhattan and Newburg airport. It was a complete disaster. We had no explanation and no apologies. If you can avoid this service do at all costs.
Very dissatisfied with the service here. First, I called Wednesday to confirm that they would be open and that I would be able to purchase a ticket for the 6:10 and the employee said yes and hung up. When I got there this morning, the employee ended up being late 6 minutes and showed up after the 6:10 bus. Needless to say I didn't make the bus and late for my appointment.
